Arcade Games Emulator supported by original MAME 0.139.

Copy or move your 0.139 MAME zipped ROMs under '/ROMs/ArcadeEmu/roms' directory! And play games.

Please, try to understand that that with that amount of games, some will run better than others and some might not even run with MAME4droid (0.139u1).

Please, don't email me asking for a specific game to run.

Tips to help performance: Activate GL mode, use lower quality sound or switch it off. Disable stick and buttons animations and disable smooth scaling also.

After installing, place your MAME-titled zipped roms in /sdcard/ROMs/MAME4droid/roms folder.

MAME4droid (0.139u1) uses only '0.139' romset.

CONTROLS

-----------

The emulator controls are the following ones:

- Virtual pad: Movement in pad, mouse and analog control of the four players.

- Buttons B,X,A,Y,L,R: Buttons A,B,C,D,E,F.

- Button SELECT (Coin): Insert credits (UP+SELECT = 2P credits, RIGHT+SELECT = 3P credits, DOWN+SELECT = 4P credits).

- Button START: start (UP+START = 2P start, RIGHT+START = 3P start, DOWN+START = 4P start).

- Buttons R1+START: Load State.

- Buttons L1+START: Save State.

- Buttons L2: Exit to selection menu to select another game.

- Buttons START+SELECT simultaneously: Access to the MAME menu.

- Button R2: Open help, global settings.

NOTE: To type OK when MAME requires it, press LEFT and then RIGHT.

SUPPORTED GAMES

MAME4droid (0.139u1) uses only '0.139' romset.

Games have to be copied into the roms/ folder.

ROM NAMES

------------

Romsets have to be MAME 0.139 ones (August 2010).

NOTE: File and directory names in Linux are case-sensitive. Put all file and directory names using low case!.

SOUND SAMPLES

----------------

The sound samples are used to get complete sound in some of the oldest games.

They are placed into the 'samples' directory compressed into ZIP files.

The directory and the ZIP files are named using low case!.

MAME4droid LICENSE

MAME4droid is released under a dual-license (GPL / MAME license) of your choice. Under the GPL license in addition you have some extra rights granted by a special license exception which allow you to link the MAME4iOS & MAME4droid GPL source with the not GPL MAME source.

Suggerimenti per migliorare le prestazioni: attivare la modalità GL, utilizzare un suono di qualità inferiore o disattivarlo. Disattiva le animazioni di stick e pulsanti e disabilita anche il ridimensionamento uniforme.

Dopo l'installazione, posiziona i tuoi ROM zippati con titolo MAME nella cartella / sdcard / ROMs / MAME4droid / roms.

CONTROLLI

I controlli dell'emulatore sono i seguenti:

- Virtual pad: movimento in pad, mouse e controllo analogico dei quattro giocatori.

- Pulsanti B, X, A, Y, L, R: pulsanti A, B, C, D, E, F.

- Pulsante SELECT (Moneta): Inserisci crediti (UP + SELECT = 2P crediti, DESTRA + SELEZIONA = crediti 3P, DOWN + SELEZIONA = crediti 4P).

- Pulsante START: start (UP + START = 2P start, RIGHT + START = 3P start, DOWN + START = 4P start).

- Pulsanti R1 + START: carica stato.

- Pulsanti L1 + START: salva stato.

- Pulsanti L2: consente di uscire dal menu di selezione per selezionare un altro gioco.

- Pulsanti START + SELECT contemporaneamente: accesso al menu MAME.

- Pulsante R2: Apri la guida, impostazioni globali.

NOTA: per digitare OK quando richiesto da MAME, premere SINISTRA e quindi DESTRA.

GIOCHI SUPPORTATI

MAME4droid (0.139u1) usa solo la romset '0.139'.

I giochi devono essere copiati nella cartella / rom.

NOMI ROM

------------

I Romset devono essere MAME 0.139 (agosto 2010).

NOTA: i nomi di file e directory in Linux fanno distinzione tra maiuscole e minuscole. Metti tutti i nomi di file e directory usando lettere minuscole !.

CAMPIONI SONORI

----------------

I campioni sonori sono utilizzati per ottenere un suono completo in alcuni dei giochi più vecchi.

Sono inseriti nella directory "samples" compressa in file ZIP.

La directory e i file ZIP sono nominati usando le lettere minuscole !.
